Printing from tray 1 will determine if the fuser is the issue. Just keep tray 2 open and load paper on tray 1. If the printer prints ok without issue, then yes the fuser is the issue.

HP LaserJet M603 hangs after printing HP-UX jobs
We have the new HP Laserjet M603dn printer for HP-UX printing and Window user printing.
Windows users printer Word, Excel, etc... files and have no problems until we send a HP-UX
file to the printer using lp -d{printerqueuename}. Once the HP-UX job is queued lpstat -t shows the job queued, but nevers completes. The document prints on the printer. Now all the Windows users can not print as the HP-UX job has the printer hung(even thought the file printed). We have to cancel the HP-UX job before the Windows users can resume printing to it.
We have tried the HP LaserJet M603 unix modle script and the generic LaderJet net_ljx000 model script.
Both have the same result.

Glad you were able to get them up and running. Quick question, when you put them on the network did you reinstall these machines? Or just connect them to the network, also are they pulling the driver via the server or how were they installed, in other words did you use a disc, or downloaded the driver from HP's site?

it it printing lighter on top of page. I have replaced the toner, fuser and transer roller. any ideas??

Officejet 6600 (all-in-one) mysterious dissappearance
Win 7 64, SP 1. HP 6600 connected over wifi to network.
Printer was disconnecting from wifi when it went to sleep. Have replaced cable to phone line (with 2 wire) and established a static IP address. Printer working better. I did this adjustment in user's account login.
However, during this process, we have gone from having 2 printers in Control Panel (one for printer, one for fax) to having only 1 printer for fax. From an application (e.g. MS Excel) there are 2 printers available (one for printer, one for fax). In the Administrator account, there is also only one printer in the Control Panel, but it is for a printer.
What to do? Do I uninstall and then reinstall the printer?
(The problem is that there is no way to set the HP 6600 as default printer).

Laserjet CP5525 - Problems on Network Printing - Mac
Hey there!
I'm using a CP5525 Printer with my Mac in a local Network.
Recently, i had big problems printing things over the Network.
Today i tried to print a 17mb - 80 Pages PDF over the network,
the printer just printed the first 16 pages.
Very often i get the error "printer does not react" (translated from german) in the printing window.
It also takes very long to send print files to the printer.
Things i already tried:
- connect the printer directly over usb (printing works fine here)
- connect the printer directly with a network cable to my computer (fail)
- cold reset
- firmware upgrade
- set network speed on 1000
- format disk
- factory reset
- reinstall printer driver on the mac
- load latest printer driver on the mac
Could it be, that my Jetdirect Card has a problem?
The printer is nearly 3 years old.

When you used the network cable, was it a patch cable or a crossover?
By printing through the usb I believe you have eliminated the Jet direct card.

The phone line has nothing to do with the network.
You need to look at the wireless connection or hard wire Ethernet connection which has a much bigger plug the the phone line.

Access 2013 documents cannot be printed
Settings and hardware:
Windows 8, 64 bit
Office Professional 2013, Product ID: 00212-75550-97713-AAOEM
Printer: HP Laser Jet M2727nf
Printer Driver: M2727nf MFP UPD PCL5
Printing documents in Access 2013 does not work: the message 'memory full' appears right away and nothing can be printed.
Printing documents woth Word 2013 and Excel 2013 on the same printer poses no problem.
These Access documents could be printed with WIndows XP and the older version of Access.

According to the electronics guy, HP needs a 2-wire connection to the phone line rather than a 4-wire connection because the 4-wire connection gives too much feedback and keeps knocking the printer off the network. HOWEVER, I'm not having any luck getting the printer to stay attached to the network when it goes to sleep.

The printers in question do not print PDFs for the most part. The primary fuction of these printers is printing out documents from SAP. It is not limited to any specific type of document though. It occurs no matter what is being printed.

Hello, when you say light do you mean the top of the print does not appear at all? Or is it faded and then goes to normal? Also, does this just happen at the top of the page or does it shift as you print?

Can I Add an Embedded Print Server to my 1320?
Is it possible to obtain an embedded print server for a LaserJet 1320 (essentially converting it to a 1320n)? Or is my only option to use an external print server?

Start by upgrading your firmware, it sounds like you have a corrupt file.
