First off you need disconnect the stacker and have the 9000 as a stand a lone. Now boot up and see if it comes to the 13.20 error. If it does that would indicate that one of the sensor flags is out of place or you have a piece of paper stuck in the paper path. 13.20 is really a generic message so it is difficult. One area I have seen on this printer where a jam occurs or shreds get caught in a little before the registration assembly. Open the right hand door and lift up on the green handle like you are removing a sheet stuck in the path. Take a flashlight and shine it in the opening to see if there is a piece of paper stuck inside.
