I have six LaserJet 400 M401dne. Conected to network IP4, IP6 disabled. All are current firware, static IP, current driver. Random time frame the printer will not be reachable on the network. Can not send print jobs, can not ping ip address. If we reboot the printer it comes back on line and prints the jobs in the print queue. We have turned off sleep and power down mode. Checked the SMNP name, ip address, gatway, dns. Turned the ACL off(in case it was blocking)etc...
Any one have any idea?
