First you need to go to your computer and hit start run and type cmd and hit the enter key. Now at the prompt type ipconfig and hit enter. It will give you the ip address of the computer. Odds are it will be no where near the address you give above. That address showing on the config page is probably for some company that the printer was connected many years ago. Only large businesses will use a submask with the last digits of 224 and have a gateway that ends in 161. What network card do you have in the printer (600N, 610N or 615N. Also the config page will give you the model number of the card such as J6057. Tell us that information. If the address is not changing and your computer ip address is no where the ip address you have given us, then odds are the network card is faulty since the cold reset should set it to dhcp or autoip which from what you tell us it is not. If possible scan and post a copy of the second page from the config sheets.
