First thing you need to do is a cold reset to make sure the network card on the printer has an address within your frame. To perform a cold reset press and old the green online button while you turn on the printer. As soon as you see cold reset in the menu, release and wait for the printer to come to ready. Now wait about 2 minutes and then go to the information menu on the printer and choose the second item which is configuration page. You should get 2 pages with the second page having the network information for the printer. Use the tcp/ip address or host name to load the printer on your computer. Since you do not tell us how you loaded the printer in the first place, I would just use the add printer, next, local printer, next and check the item create port and choose standard tcp/ip and hit next and just follow the instructions on the screens and finish up.
