Hello HP Community,
I have recently dug up a old LaserJet 4000N, and am having a few problems with it.
When I try to print anything, nothing comes out. I am using a CAT-5e patch cable going into my D-Link DI-604UP router, which is in turn connected to my laptop, which runs Windows 7 64-bit as my OS. I installed the proper drivers for it (according to HP Support documents), and still nothing comes out.
I ran Windows 7's troubleshooting, and this is what I got (see attachment #1).
After clicking next, I got this prompt (see attachment #2).
