I agree with Jim's analysis: the file appears to be downloading a font (not enough details so far to know which) to be stored in the fonts folder on disk resource 0 on the printer.
Since LaserJet M401n almost certainly does not have a built-in hard disk, this will not work; I've no idea whether or not it will work with add-on DIMM/SD card add-ons.
It should be possible to extract the font data itself from the file, and use this to download the font into RAM on the printer - but this would have to be done every time the printer was powered-on, or more frequently if other print jobs contained explicit instructions to remove soft fonts.
