We're experiencing an inordinate amount of lag between the time a document is sent to the printer and when it actually prints, often up to and over a minute. We've never had trouble with the 601 and have several others that were installed around the same time and are functioning properly. We swapped out every possible peripheral and even swapped out the computer so we're sure the problem lies in the printer. There are no warnings or errors or other service messages on the printer. This printer is less than a year old and the documents being printed are very small in size, B&W, regular letter paper(same we've always used), plain text and only 1-2 pages.
