All of a sudden, my HP printer CP1215 will not print. The jobs go into the print que, but the on screen indicator states that it is out of paper. There is the correct paper type in the tray and the printer itself does not indicate there is no paper. I have tried everything I can think of except uninstalling and reinstalling driver software.
Unplugged/disconnected to reset; changed the size of the stack of paper; checked the properties indicated for the print job; also tried loading legal size paper into the tray; all of the connections are solid.
The indicator light does not blink when a print job is sent. I tried to print a test page but the indicator light kept blinking and the page did not print.
Can anyone help?
