How to convert the PCL coordinates (x, y) to corresponding HPGL/2 coordinates (x, y) using HPGL/2 commands?

For example, how to convert (x: 272, y: 1335) coordinates in PCL5 to corresponding HPGL/2 coordinates.

Resolution of PCL is 600.

Can anyone please provide some solution with sample commands?
