Could you check to see if Bonjour is enabled and the printer firewall isn't turned on?
In the EWS, choose Networking and click Settings (under Security) to get a list of your network settings. Firewall should be on the top, while Bonjour is at the bottom.
You can disable Firewall by selecting Firewall under Settings and un-checking Enable Firewall.
You can enable Bonjour by choosing Advanced under configuration and ensuring Bonjour is checked. This would be a good chance to ensure AirPrint is also checked.
If possible, could you attach a screenshot of your EWS settings to verify this?
