Hi

 

Since the n/w led is on and the ip showing is 0.0.0.0

just as an try can u pls try to change the n/w cabel and  n/w IO port.

 

then try to take the n/w config report if you find an IP of different range then please try to change the ip of your computer

to the same range (It would be for time being), once the ip pings , please open the EWS page of the printer and

then change it in tcp/ip provide a manual ip, and then save and check.

 

Printer should work in network after this.
