I have printed 114 pages... Gave nearly $800 for this printer new at office max. :( The printer cartridges installed ARE genuine HP. But I get this same error, and of course there is nothing wrong with the pins, and they are clean. :( In your six years of waiting have you ever gotten a solution for this problem?
