I get the memory count and the 3 lights flash but I can't complete the next step. The error message keeps coming up.
Initially I tried to update the firmware from a usb cable and that's how I got the error. I had to find an parallel port cable however when I type copy /b <rfu> lpt1 I get an error saying can't write file. If I type it without the /b it tries to update and does a power cycle but the error still comes back.
