Dear all
We have changed the fixing unit of an HP Color aserJet 4700dn. Since then, the pringting quality is poor in regards to the color.
Strange is, that the test prnt directly on the printer is fine, but prints from the computers and Servers are poor.
I have already tried to reinstall the correct driver, but there is no enhancement.

What steps can we try to enhance the quality?
