Does this error code happen while you aren't connected to the network? If it does, make sure you are at the latest firmware version. If it doesnt, its a printjob that the printer doesnt like. When the error is present, open up the print queues of the computers and see which one has the error. Check what file is printing and the file type. Could be an incompatibility issue. Try a different driver as well.
