A customer reported error on printer after power outage due to electrical storm. When printer was powered on it displayed error 49.23.38 . After researching the only thing I could find was to disable sleep mode on printer which did not resolve issue. Tried cold reset but did not resolve issue. Tried updating firmware l times but now printer is displaying error 99.05.49 firmware install error. although firmware appeared to install correctly and goes through the hardware check and and gets into the setup phase to set date and time. I have tried downloading firmware version from hp web site twice to make sure that I have the correct file and it is not corrupted and formatted the hardrive and installed firmware several times with the same resulting error message being displayed ever time. Any help would be greatly appreciated
