One of the users has a 'ghost-printer' installed which can't be removed (P4515 Upd PCL6).
One of the troubles is that the driver used disturbes the proper functioning of an other printer (laserjet P2055dn), which 'thinks' there's only a manual double-sided printing and now requires every printjob a press on the button to start printing.
This behaviour seems to have originated spontaneous after the emloyee has tried tot print on an other printer in our own network.
Other employees have no problems with this printer (though Colored paper seems to be the default papersetting...).
Deleting all the printing devices and mounting them again did not solve this annoying problem. Have tried to manually delete some DLL's, but even in Safe Mode I cant get some of them replaced/deleted.
Using W7 Pro.
I hope there's someone who can give me a clue how to seolve this.
Putting the machine back to a former state via system recovery looks like the only option to me now, but is rather time consuming...
