Kindly check these listed steps below:
1. Provide the message/error on display while you select Ok/Tick mark to continue
Ex: Load tray 1,Plain A4 press ok to continue
2. Print a configuration page from printer.
to Print a configuration page > Select Menu> Information>Configuration page> Press tick mark button.
3.Check error/message appears while printing configuration page.
4. Select Menu> Configure Device>Printing> Scroll down and choose Manual feed= confirm that if manual feed is disabled/Off.
5. Also capture the Paper tray and options in configuration page.
