Hi Sherry,
I am a HP Employee.
I have faced the same issue a few days back and I wolud like to suggest a few steps that you could perform in order to resolve this issue.
Step 1 : Please click on Start button on your TASK bar. Select the RUN application.
Step 2: Type Services.msc in the run application.
Step 3: In the Services window, locate the serivice named as " Print Spooler". Select this Serice and click on the
stop option on the top left corner of the window.
Step 4: Once again open the run application, and now type " spool ". When the spool window opens, open the folder named as " Printers". Select all the files in this folder and delete them.
Step 5 : Now please open the services.msc (Step 2) , and select the Print Spooler service , and Restart the Service.
Step 6 : Go to devices and Printers , and delete the Printer. After deleting, please select any other printer that is installed, when selected the Print Server Properties tab will be seen on the tool bar.
Step 7: Click on the Print Server Properties, Select the Drivers Tab, and select and remove the P2015 Driver.
Step 8: Please Download the Pcl 6 Driver from the Link Given Below :
Step 9: Reinstall the Software.
These Steps should help you in resolving this Issue.
