Re: Laserjet P3015 Printer

This message is completely related to  the file that is being printed.  This error usually occurs while trying to print

complex POST SCRIPT files. I have seen many of these issues being resolved after performing the following Steps.

 

Step 1: Disconnect the LAN Cable, and restart the printer. Once the Printer is back to ready mode, reconnect the LAN cable

 

Step 2: Update the Firmware, by downloading the latest version from the link given Below.

Step 3: Restart the printer, and try printing .

 

Step 4 :  If step 3 fails, please perform a Factory reset on the printr and reassign the IP address.

 

The following steps should resolve the Issue.
