WIN XP sp3, printer disconnected, try smart install from printer, CD, and downloads from HP website. Rebooted, disabled smart install from printer console - same error. Downloads tried; LJ-M401-drv-installer-12200.exe, and LJ-M401-drv-no-installer-13016.exe. See screen shot in attachment.
