Sorry it took so long to get back. Turns out it was the formatter. Replaced the formatter and the display is back and printer functions. However, I am now getting an internal clock error which I associated with the battery on the formatter. I assumed (and yes I know I shouldnt do such things) that maybe this refurbed board just had a bad battery. well i got the board replaced again and the internal clock error is still present. Any suggestions?
