According to the device Service Manual your reported 4cm (40mm) closest match for repetitive defect is 41mm (primary charge roller) which is part of the print cartridge. You indicated that every color has this same 41mm repetitive defect which seems unlikely that all cartridges have failed. If in fact all colors are experiencing the same repetitive defect you may want to replace a single cartridge and see if it resolves the PQ defect for that single color. Keep in mind that HP cartridges are fully warrantied, feel free to contact HP Support to have any defective cartridge replaced.
