Did you read my post above. Turn the printer off. Disconnect the network cable and any cables going from the printer to a computer. Turn the printer back on. Does it come to ready? If it does if you go to the information menu and print a menu map or configuration page do they print ok. If they do your issue is driver, network or bad jobs trying to print. The printer is fine and does not need service. Once you reconnect the network cable any bad jobs or jobs driven by bad drivers try to print and the errors are back. That means you it department needs to go back to training.
