My LaserJet1600N has begun printing colors out of alignment.
I have tried the following.
1. Reseating the HP branded cartridges.
2. Running the printers Calibration procedure from the menus.
3. Clearing the NVRAM as has been suggested on line and allowng the printer to calibrate.
4. Doing the "Super NVRAM Reset" to place the unit in generic mode and allow to calibrate.
My suspicion is whatever sensor that is used for calibration has become dirty.
Can someone point me to a procedure to locate and clean this sensor?
Thank you.
