Correct, it is a HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015x printer with two paper trays. I will check that flag and see if it could be the cause, though after pulling the trays out and making sure the paper was tight with the paper alignment devices on the tray, it hasn't jammed since.
230k is a lot for these printers? Wow. I would think that Enterprise level printers would be high around half a million or so. I guess I will look into getting a service contract on them (I have two) and have them maintenance them. honestly, this is the real issue we have had with these other than they don't like some of the X extended printer cartridges. Sometimes they will not close all the way and cause issues by popping back up after they are inserted.
That h as happened since we got them and they are the HP extended X not off brand.
Thanks for your advice!
