These are printers used by the public so they get varying amounts of use, some have had 20k prints while others have done 140k.
Many have had maintenance kits but couldn't say which ones exactly.
They have never had a firmware update since being purchased.
Reading through the product brochure I found:
Durability ratings Recommended monthly volume: 750 to 2,000 pages; Duty cycle: up to 40,000 pages
Is the "Duty Cycle" the amount of pages before a maintenance kit is required or life expectancy?
Would you recommend a RAM upgrade if more than X machines print to the same printer?
