CM1312series-win7-full-solution-AM-EMEA1-v5.1 can not be installed on Windows 8.1 for hp Laser Jet 1312cm nfi MFP
Hi,
can someone tell me how to install CM1312series-win7-full-solution-AM-EMEA1-v5.1 on Windows 8.1. I need this program to use hp Laser Jet 1312cm nfi MFP. Without this it ist not possoible to scan. After starting setup program the installation screen disappear. In task manager you can see cpu is working but installatoin does not run. I can stop hp installer in task manager only. The program aborts.
Is there a new alternative to hp solution center??
