You need to redo the lase/scanner as it appears you may not have cleaned it correctly and also it is possible it is not sitting correctly in the slot. There are a couple of nubs that have to fit into place when you reinstall the assembly. I have seen where it can be installed where one of the nubs is not in so the scanner is actually at a slight angle. Look at the right side as only the yellow appears and that is not all the way across. The magenta is no where to be found for almost the complete width of the paper. Cyan even cuts off before the right edge of the paper.
