HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775 not reporting supply levels in WJA

Hi,

I'm using WJA 10.3.90613 (10.3 SR4) and for some reason when I look under the supplies tab, it wont show a supply level gauge like it does for my other printers, so I dont know when toner needs to be replaced.

I can view the supplies from the EWS, but I dont want to check that everyday. Also, the low toner thresholds I've set, are not alerting.

Any adivse would be great. Thanks
