I have also some issues with Hp 4345mfp which is lock by Admin Password. Now the persons who work with his Company before was left and now Printer has a password' can you advice me the way how to reset and cleared the password.
Here is what i did so far.
1. switch printer off
2. press key "6" and hold this
3. switch printer on
4. wait until all LEDs on
5. change display entry by using the keys "3" and "9" until "factory defaults"
6. press "6" to submitt
Printer restarts with Factory defaults,
But when the printer Completely boot, PASSWORD is still there! and there is no way configure the printer, do you have any solutions with this concern.
