So, I recently bought a HP 2420 off of good ol' amazon.com. It has been working fine. Great, actually! So, I, out of stupid curiosity, took tray 2 out and there was a small, square, teal button up in the right hand corner. I pushed it, and the inner plate on top of tray 2 fell down. So, I have the printer flipped over, and have tried and tried, but it never would just get back in. Any help? I have people waiting to print. Thanks.
UPDATE: I contacted HP Tech Support, AND am not happy. I need help quick, guys!
