I am having the exact same problem with my CP3505. I replaced the original cartridge which was out of toner last week. The 1st cartridge seemed to be twisted in the slot (if possible) so that the black printed higher on the page on the left side and lower on the page on the right side. I ordered a new cartridge thinking that was my problem. The 2nd cartridge now prints the black 1mm higher on the page then all of the colors. I have run the calibration multiple times on both cartridges with no change in performance.
Is there a bad batch of toner cartridges out there?
