Are any of the other printers duplex? If not they I would assume that something is embedded in the document to print the job as duplex. Any print codes included in the document will take precedent over the driver and the printer. If any of the other printers are duplex just make sure that the default setting on the driver for the user is not set to duplex which sometimes is done in the driver to make duplex default. On the pinter what happens when print config pages. If they print duplex make sure duplex is turned off in the printer. The on and off option in the printer is only for straight text streams being sent to the printer where there is no option in the program to use duplex and the user wants duplex all the time. This could be for old dos programs or other languages. Turning off duplex at the printer will not prevent it from duplexing when it receives a duplex job from the computer.
