If you run a config page from the menu on the printer does it print ok to include the bar code at the bottom. If not you are having an issue with the set registration setting. You could try a cold reset to bring back to factory results. Make sure you know you network settings if printer is attached to network. You could also go into the menu under the print quality menu where I think the setting is located. You can also print a menu map from the information menu to find where the setting is located. If the test page is ok, then you need to look at software settings.
