Our network printer encountered a 49.4c02 service error over the weekend. The error reads as follows:

I've tried disconnecting the printer from the network and printing diagnostics and this worked fine. I also swapped out ethernet cables and used a different port, but as soon as I plug the printer in I get this error and the printer locks up. I can ping the printer's IP, so it seems to be able to communicte with the network just fine.
What should I do to fix this problem?
