I do not know if the user did anything, but I have a HP laserjet P1102w that shows up as a HP laserjet P1015 when connected to computers. No lights come on other then the power and ready light, when printer is turned on. The wireless light does not come and I am unable to print a configuration page. Does anyone know how to correct the issue or reset the printer to factory defaults or something?
