A bit more information is needed. Does a jam message appear on the printer when powered on or you get a jam message when you send a print job and the paper does not make it up the feed channel. If the latter, all you can do is remove the paper tray. Open the toner door and remove the toner. Now take a stiff file folder, fold it in half and stick it up the feed channel from the bottom, going up to the toner cavity. Sometimes it will dislodge stuck media. If the stick note has to much stick on it you may have to take the printer in for service.
