Hi,
I have an hp 4700DTN which is working fine
It only causes me problems when i try using the stapling function
It usually jams after 3 or four sheets being stacked
It looks like the arm which is used to stack the sheets on the left doesnt really move correctly
From what i can see it looks like it is crushing the sheets that still are stuck between the rollers
then the whole printing process stops so i have to remove the stuck sheets
While not using the stapling option everything works fine.
I'm not sure about what to do about this and i'm using the right paper configurations
I don't have too many staples left in the cartridge but to my eyes it doesnt seem to be the problem
because regardless of the papers im using for a job it still start crushing the papers after
4 sheets
if anybody can enlighten me about this i would be very thankfull about it
I'd rather not change the whole stapler/stacker ( if its how the whole part you can
take off is named a stapler/stacker) but i am open to any good suggestions
Thank you for your time
