An hour ago, I installed a brand new, ordered from HP website, right out of the box, genuine HP yellow cartridge for my HP LaserJet 400 color M451dn printer and upon installation it recognized the cartridge as Used. On my online status page it states, "A used supply has been installed. If you believe you purchased a genuine HP supply, visit us at www.hp.com/go/anticounterfeit. Any printer repair required as a result of using non-HP cartridges is not covered under warranty."
I don't want to needlessly void my HP warranty especially when I used a genuine cartridge. Please advise! Thanks!
