To understand if the Printer self test pages are checked? .If printer self test pages are coming fine ,Next step would be to check the driver test page and inspect the hp logo , if any such issue is observed while printing driver test page you can reinstall driver . If driver test page is coming fine ,Accordingly we will verify the application print out to detect any particular application is giving the issue
