Good afternoon.
We are seeing a number of these messages in our event logs relating to HP Printers. We are using the driver
HP Universal Printing PCL 6 (v5.1)
Although this message appears from the Interactive Services detection page we are not actually seeing any pop-up messages.
I have tried a number of steps including
- Updating drivers
- Disabling Pml Driver HPZ12 Service
- Disabling Net Driver HPZ12 Service
- Disabling bidirectional printer support
- Disabling advanced printing features.
Any additional suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Darren
