Hp LJ5500 Print Quality Issues.

Hi, 

I volunteer for a company and the printer quality here is very bad. There are two issues I can see.

1) There are lines that appear on the page.

2)There is discoloration especially for Orange.

I allready tired to clean the ETB with an alcohol solution,DHL laser using the brush below cyan, and the thingy near the top using the brush on the front panel. Any one got any Help for me?

Also I am receiveing a PCL XL error when I print the Quality test.
