Hello, I would get with IT on this issue to see if they might have set certain permissions for this printer. I have seen before where IT sets permissions so that only certain departments can print to only certain printers. So I would check with them and see if they have any special permissions set for the machine in question, because it sounds like that might be the case in this instance.
