Hi folks,
I have a network that has many different printers on it, and I can remote into almost every printer using EWS. However, there are two that, no matter what I do, I'm unable to remote into. I get "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page". This happens even when I attempt to use https to remote in.
The model of one printer is Color LaserJet CP3525, and the other model is an LaserJet 4700dn. I can print to these printers fine, and I can ping them as well. I checked and found that there are no restrictions on the ports these are connected to. I reset both printers to factory defaults. None of that did anything. I also logged into the Service menu, but could find no options that pertain to this issue.
These printers are not under warranty.
Does anyone have any ideas on which direction to go next?
