Sorry but you have me all confused. Not sure what you are saying about 3 segments unless you have 3 different network using 3 different ip ranges and you are telling me that dhcp works fine of the first 2 ranges but not on the third. If that is the case you need to get your IT people to set this thing up. They probably have some script or other command that allows a printer attached to the first 2 segments print from the 3rd segment. I doubt anyone here can help you since we do not know your network setup and the ranges of items necessary to share the printer on one segment.
