I know this is an old thread, but I am having the same issues. ALL Win 7 machines cannot print to this printer. Even trying to add a new printer, the machines cannot even see that it is available (through TCP/IP port OR by browsing the network). The administration page however IS accessible and I am able to ping the printer from Win 7 machines.
XP machines have no problems at all.
We only run AVG Free and the Windows firewall. I have disabled both of them to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?
