Hello!
We had bought hp laserjet pro 400 (401d) printer. Its connected to the computer via usb. There are also 6 (six) usb devices on this computer, including usb hub. Laserjet does not allow to work usb hub. When it turn on, usb hub doesnt work. We tried on annther computer and also switched 2 hubs, same problem. Also we tried to connect pro 400 via print server, but printer doesnt work with this two. How can we solve this problem?
