Working with an HP Laserjet 4250. We are having issues with paper and labels not being able to be fed through this tray.
At first I was thinking it might just need a new pickup roller, but I think it's more than that. I watched it operate. It will work for printing envelopes, but when you go to print on labels or letter size paper, it makes noise like it is working, but nothing moves to actually pull the paper into the printer. That process is fine for envelopes, though. Why would it work for one type, but not the other? Are we missing something?
